Job Title: Production Planner
Location: Daventry (NN11)
Salary: Circa £30k
Permanent position Days only 8.00am-16.00pm Mon-Fri
Sector: Manufacturer of Automotive Parts
This company Designs and manufactures, high quality, components, and parts, for the automotive industry. They are recognised for their ability to innovate and pioneer solutions that supports their customers to overcome challenges and stay ahead of the competition

• As a production Planer you will be office based and ensuring that the product team have the right equipment, resources, and staff to ensure that the agreed production plan is met. You will be determining the production capacity to meet changing demands
• You will also review systems and methods so that you can enhance and improve plans so that the company can anticipate customer needs
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs
• Help support the production team when they need assistance
• You will be working alongside a dedicated Materials Planner and supporting a production team of around 30 people

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience of working as a Production Planner; preferably within manufacturing (any industry)
• Have experience of Quality, Environmental and H&S policies
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of using an ERP or MRP systems
• Great relationship building skills with all stakeholders and customers
