At Encore Personnel we pride ourselves in working with clients who offer endless opportunities for career growth. We are hiring for a full-time position as a Picker & Packer in Burtonwood, Warrington (WA5) area.

Benefits:

• Temporary to Permanent placements
• Pay - £10 per hour
• Hours - 6am until 6pm
• Shifts - Shift Pattern 1 - Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (36 hours per week) An additional optional day can be worked between Thursday-Saturday if staff would like to top their hours up to 48 hours per week.
• Shifts - Shift Pattern 2 - Thursday, Friday & Saturday (36 hours per week) An additional optional day can be worked between Sunday-Tuesday if staff would like to top their hours up to 48 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Picker & packer, food preparation
• Organisational duties within the Warehouse
• Ensuring Health and Safety Standards are adhered with at all times
• Maintaining a high level of hygiene due to working within a food preparation and handling environment
• Ensuring operational needs and daily targets are met

The ideal candidate will have the ability to take direction, participate in a team environment, previous experience is not required, but an eye towards detail and high energy level is.

Our client is a renowned brand that is widely recognised for its extensive supply off meal preps and food plans to households across the UK. Please note that due to the nature of the industry, the working environment will be of a chilled temperature, uniform requirements will be discussed on induction.
