My client has established themselves in the last twenty years as one of the most respected leading independent retail design agencies and they are looking for people who are expansive, creative and who can add personality, charisma and experience to a well-established team with a beautiful office based in Leicestershire.
 

What you will do:
Managing international and local suppliers, fitters, and construction managers, store approvals and store access. Leveraging structured methodology to define projects, manage a portfolio, risks, issues and manage and implement quality control, procurement and interdependencies to benefit delivery deadlines.

  • Account managing, liaising with clients from project brief to completion
  • Maintaining client/supplier relationships
  • Budget and resource negotiations
  • Cost budget analysis
  • Quoting
  • Resource management
  • Meeting key deadlines
  • Risk Assessment
  • Use of Sage Job costing for managing all project-related costs/billing
 

About you:
  • Good technical and practical understanding of manufacturing drawings, processes, and materials.
  • Experience with MS Office (particularly Excel) & Sage Job Cost or similar
  • Strong numeracy, and communication skills (excellent written & spoken
  • English)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (No More Than 6 Points)

Typical Day to day tasks

Ideally
This position would suit someone who has previously been working as a HR administrator is and looking to take the next step up
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it
  • Some experience of working within a HR capacity (any sector)
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and is prepared to work full time on site
  • A confident communicator, likes contributing idea's and very organised
