Job Role: HR Assistant
Location: Leicester LE5 (On-site parking and Good Public Transport links)

Typical Day to day tasks
You will have a varied, stimulating and interesting workload where no 2 days will be the same

• Managing the recruitment process end to end for a variety of different roles within the Company
• Carry out a range of employee relations tasks including supporting investigations and disciplinaries.
• Using a variety of communication methods to provide HR advice and guidance to staff members
• Maintaining personnel records both electronic and hard copies
• Administering all relevant personnel documentation including contracts of employment, offer letters, pay reviews, updates etc.

Ideally
This position would suit someone who has previously been working as a HR administrator is and looking to take the next step up

• CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it
• Some experience of working within a HR capacity (any sector)
• Enjoys working in a team environment and is prepared to work full time on site
• A confident communicator, likes contributing idea's and very organised
